An Ad Only Children Can See
What an interesting use of lenticular technology (which seems outdated) to target very distinct audiences. A child abuse outdoor ad shows different messages to people over and under 4.3 feet - to adults and children.

The creative for adults shows a picture of a boy with the messaging “Sometimes child abuse is only visible to a child suffering it,” and the image then changes for anyone under 4.3 feet to show the same child with bruises on his face, and a message to call for help if someone has hurt you. Shunami Custom Shoes
My friend Brooke recently came across this amazing Etsy shop, Shunami. The shop owner, Catherine, quit her day job in the states (CO!) and moved to Vietnam to live out her dream of hand making & selling her own shoe line. So impressive!

You have to check out her shoe shop. They are very affordable, custom shoes (down to your exact measurements), and are truly one-of-a-kind!

You choose from her huge swatch book, and when I gave her generic colors that I wanted for my shoes, then she went above and beyond to take a photo of all the different options she had (see bottom right).

Can’t wait to get them in the mail!

miniMonday presents the gallery size version of the Chicago Picasso. The sculpture, dedicated in 1967 in Daley Plaza in the Chicago Loop, was the first such major public artwork in Downtown Chicago, and has become a well known landmark. Nice spot at the Museum of Contemporary Art Liz!
